What do you like best about the YMCA?

The variety of classes and the access to the weights. Sandy is prob the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She has a therapeutic way of presenting yoga. It’s so good for you. The people who work at the Southwest Y are very nice and helpful. Mike and Tommy always help me with the weight machines and suggest new ways to update my training plan.

I use the pool. And its one of the cleanest around. Locker room could use little remodeling but goid.

I work out in the pool 4 days a week. I really like all the instructors at the pool . And all the people at the front desk are all nice and helpful. Thank you Name removed

I like the different exercise classes with friendly, motivating instructors. . By having a specific time to exercise, I can't use an excuse and say, "I will do it later". There is a friendly atmosphere, not only between members, but also staff.

The people I meet and the workers . The pool is my therapy for my arthritis and anxiety and I look forward to going . I have met alot of great people .
