What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the different exercise classes with friendly, motivating instructors. . By having a specific time to exercise, I can't use an excuse and say, "I will do it later". There is a friendly atmosphere, not only between members, but also staff.

The people I meet and the workers . The pool is my therapy for my arthritis and anxiety and I look forward to going . I have met alot of great people .

Great Boot Camp instructor (Michelle), friendly and helpful staff, and creative and engaging spins on activities and exercises to keep you interested and motivated. Love the sunset Yoga and Outdoor Cycling. It was quickly become my most recommended YMCA in Louisville, KY.

All of the staff members are awesome each time I visit they take the extra step to assure that my time spent there is worth it and getting to know me by name is a pleasant surprise!
