What do you like best about the YMCA?

The staff and members are friendly and helpful. I think Silver Sneakers and chair yoga help me have more mobility and have given me the strength to help to keep me from falling when I lose my balance.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Southwest Y has only a few extra things as the east end Y"s have as Family Dressing rooms and water aerobic belts that are usable instead of the pitiful belts with no elastic left as SW has, but it is a family. I feel accepted doing any activity that I chose and the class instructors are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and welcomed. I have no desire to go to any other Y.

Clean , offers a variety of exercise programs and staff is nice.
