There is a personal community feeling about the Southeast Y. The members are friendly. I’ve been to this Y three times in less than a week. Out of 3 instructors, 2 made a great effort to know my name and tell me there’s. For know, the classes are exactly what I need.

the southeast Y has been doing a great job during the pandamic. They have been following the rules and I have felt pretty safe whenever I go. Way to go! Just wondering what has happened to alot of the cardio machines?

I love the Southeast Y. Staff and members are so friendly. I mostly do the aqua fitness classes. The instructors are amazing; especially, Carla. She’s so dedicated and giving. Truly a blessing to the Y!
