Highly recommend the Y swim classes!
We are only 4 sessions in and this program has already completely paid for itself. We recently went to the lake, and I was so incredibly proud to watch my son swimming all by himself!
A huge part of this success is our amazing instructor. I love her teaching style-she is so patient with the kids, but also firm in a way that builds their confidence and teaches them to truly trust the water. The classes aren't even over yet, and the investment has already paid off. Thank you to the Y team!

Excellent water workouts with Carla. I have to say I am very eager fir you to get the EGym semester so I dont have to travel to Northeast to use the program. I love the craft days and the Forever Young activities.

The morning classes offered such as the walk15 and body pump. Wished some of the muscle definition classes were offered later in the morning than 6am timeframe. The midmorning and early afternoon classes meet my 2nd work schedule demands. The y staff who greet you when you come through the door are great and knowledgeable answering questions. Like the fitness staff who teach the classes they are very encouraging and I like the different members I work out with. I like the easily accessible daily schedule on my iPhone. Like the new member 3 month start sticker chart to keep motivated and prizes. Like using Y bucks for personal training session. Also love the SECA when I first started to know where I started and to compare progress in the future.
