What do you like best about the YMCA?

The people are all very friendly and welcoming. The classes are engaging anymore effective . I particularly love the water aerobics with Carla!!
I keep trying to add weight lifting to my workouts but the water is too much fun to trade for other activities.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The family feeling of everyone knowing everyone else. The encouragement for the day of being with friends and looking forward to seeing everyone. Love the encouragement of the scriptures on the wall at the pool. I enjoy the classes and the exercise. It also makes me more disciplined.

Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many options available for everyone, pool, classes and weight training. The facility is very clean.
