The yoga and spin classes are fantastic. Facility is always clean with top notch equipment that is in good condition.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Friendly workers with smiles and happy greetings. Appreciated the help of Meredith Wise in helping to give info prior to joining and then Tucker with overview of machines and Mobile fit for upper body, lower body and Core. I'll be working on machines for upper body most but is a welcomed beginning. The y is a happy place and I love the early hours.

I appreciate their willingness to listen, then guide me in correct exercises for my personal physical problem areas .
I am greeted with a smile each morning when I enter the Y and that is a pleasant experience.

The friendliness of everyone! Really it is all great. It fills all of our expectations for a place to get the exercise we need and want. It is clean and comfortable and the complimentary tea or coffee before we head home is appreciated, too.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

What I like best are the group fitness classes!!! Especially Cardiofit and Zumba. I also like that there is a fun place for my kids to play while I work out. And, I like that you offer kids sports.
