The pool is great for exercising since I have back issues. The water aerobics class is very helpful. All of the staff are friendly.
The kids are always doing something! I like that my son gets to constantly be hands on and not sitting bored all summer. The field trips top it off!

Water aerobics at the moment. In the past, I have participated in several classes, Zumba, chair Zumba, yoga, etc. Also., treadmill, bike and other machines. Just now getting back to exercising after COVID..
They do so much with the kids. It is 100% worth every penny!! My kids love it!!
My son loves the field trips, especially to the acquatic center. He also really loves his camp counselors.
My daughter loves going to camp and comes home happy and tired every day 😂

Wow! The people who check me in are joyful. The lifeguards are adaptable by helping to find a lane for swimming laps. The dressing rooms are so clean, as well as,the pool.

My family joined the Y in Oldham County when it originally opened and I was in middle school. Eventually, I competed in bodybuilding shows and the Y was where I trained. Down the road I moved away and now I’m back as of a few months ago. It was surreal to be there for my sons swimming lessons and not for myself for once The investments they have made to this location were necessary and very much appreciated. I love how spacious this location is. I personally think the separation between the free weights/hammer strength equipment and the cardio / machined equipment was the best idea ever. I think this is appreciated by both the older and younger members along with the intense and non-intense members. Everyone has a great attitude and it’s a friendly environment to be in. Thank you for continuing to better yourself, as we as members do too.
