I enjoy taking the classes, especially BodyPump and Muscle Definition. The instructors are great--all different but all teach so that everyone gets a good workout.

My kids get so excited when we're able to come to the center. The kids favorite area is the pool, the staff is very welcoming, and the building is super clean!

Staff is friendly and kids club is great! We love the pool…and I like the mommy break. The hot tub and sauna are also a nice feature.

The hours are convenient. They care about our well-being (germ-proofing!). They’re clean and friendly..always willing to help. The thing I like BEST is Beth Kozal, my “personal trainer”. She’s THE BEST!
