I love the many types of exercise I can do. If I want to lift weights and build strength the machines are comprehensive, if I want to swim I have the lap pool, spin classes are throughout the week and easy to jump into, the stretch and balance and yoga classes are widely available and easy to work into my schedule, the treadmills and cardio options are abundant! I would say “variety.” My favorite part about the YMCA is that I have lots of variety and choices for when and how I choose to exercise!

It is awesome in every way! Except, there seems to be a shortage of plates and bars in the gym area. I always need to go to another rack to get the right weights I need.

The family pool is so fun
