I love BodyPump and muscle definition. The Saturday stretch class is the highlight of my week. That class should be offered more often

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The variety of classes offered morning and evening.
There are a lot of workout machines to choose from.
I do not feel pressure or embarrassment for being new to the gym and classes. I do not feel any judgement, just encouragement.

The openess of the layout. A very clean facility with disinfectant at all machines. This YMCA location is friendly and welcoming.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like trying the variety of classes offered. It allows me the opportunity to experiment with different types of exercise and depending how I feel, take what works best for my body's needs. The fact that the Y has reciprocity with it's sister branches is a wonderful perk.

The ladies locker room is a good temperature, especially after attending water classes. Other locations I have visited fail in this area.

The basketball gym and kids area. I like the Zumba class with Mary Vaughn best out of all the Ys.

Bible verses on the wall & printed ones at desk I can get as inspiration.
The atmosphere is great.
I enjoy the water aerobics & water Pilates.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The grounds, facility, and equipment are well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive to provide assistance and to address and resolve issues when members are engaging in disturbing activities. I always feel safe and welcome at the NE YMCA.
