Listen I love the ymca but taking away the hand towels and replacing them with chemical soaked disposable ones was the worst move ever. For the steep price of membership I think this is a minimal thing to ask or bring back. Hate for people to leave gyms over such a small thing. Anyways best regards

Water aerobics
I like it all. I only wish that it had a little more ways for me to include my grandson in the pool, i. e. swim lessons, etc.

I love the classes and supportive instructors in the LiveStrong program. The equipment in the workout room is in excellent shape, and there is such a huge variety of one machine is down there are plenty others which will afford a similar workout. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and any questions I have had have been clearly and patiently explained.
