Would like to see more announcements or visibility on when the pool is closed - my husband has brought our boys up there multiple times to swim during open hours and the pool has been closed for random reasons (pool cleaning, not enough lifeguards, etc.). This is extremely frustrating. There should be a more visible calendar.
It is a very friendly and clean place to exercise. All the staff treated me with kindness and respect. I look forward to each and every visit.
Everything. I was so pleasantly surprised at the many, many offerings there are, at the cleanliness of the facility, the wonderful locker room, and at the welcoming and friendly staff. I have already expressed all of these view too many of my friends.
Playing pickleball with the amazing group of players who also love the Northeast Y is what I like best.

I didn't realize that a senior member could access the cove without additional fees. So I tried it and it was very enjoyable. I have already told other in my aerobics class. Thank you and I will be returning with my grandchildren who are also members!
The variety of classes is exceptional.
Classes are varied and instructors are knowledgeable, patient make workouts fun and safe. The equipment in the wellness center is in excellent shape, there are enough of a variety and number to allow for numerous people to workout without having to wait very long if at all
