I didn't realize that a senior member could access the cove without additional fees. So I tried it and it was very enjoyable. I have already told other in my aerobics class. Thank you and I will be returning with my grandchildren who are also members!
The variety of classes is exceptional.
Classes are varied and instructors are knowledgeable, patient make workouts fun and safe. The equipment in the wellness center is in excellent shape, there are enough of a variety and number to allow for numerous people to workout without having to wait very long if at all

What I love about The YMCA the most is the staff. They're interested in my health goals, and make sure my time spent with them is going to help me be successful. Going into a fitness center of any sort was intimidating and overwhelming for me, but they cut through all that anxiety by showing me a plan that could work for me and my busy life. I am becoming braver in my pursuit for a healthy lifestyle and am even trying some great group classes.
I am happily surviving,advanced stage lung Cancer and I'm so thankful for my friends at the YMCA for helping me fight and win the battle.
