Lap pool swimming. New scheduling of lanes is a good idea. Please continue it long-term. Clean facilities. Appropriate mask-wearing around children. Friendly staff.
They have a sufficient amount of group ex classes (would like to see a 9:30 am spin class on Thursdays), it’s relatively clean and it will stay in business for a long time.
It’s not a “fly by night” gym!

There’s always something new to do and try! I love all the classes, especially Lori’s HEAT class and I’ve just started the mini trampoline class. It’s such fun!

I would like to see a better swim teachers for group or private classes. Also provide opportunities for bringing friends and families with us. As you know the time is difficult for many families financially so give them a chance to have a one fun day every so often will be a great deed.

I like having access to a nice pool that I can schedule a lane for swimming. I also like the equipment that is available that I do not have at home.
I love the group classes, especially the spin classes! I really enjoy the yoga classes, as well. I think the employees are great. They are very friendly and helpful. I think Ashley the Sunday yoga instruction is truly exceptional. I really enjoy Penny’s and Danielle’s spin classes. I believe the facility is clean and the housekeeping staff are nice. I love how conveniently located in my neighborhood. I especially liked this apartment because it is near the YMCA. I really credit the fitness instructors! I think it’s cool that there are multiple locations offered under the same membership. I am really excited to go to the seasonal spin class at the downtown Y this winter. Thanks for all you do!

I love the pool and the ability to sign up for a lane with my husband. He’s having some mobility problems, so getting to the pool several times a week is good for him and me! Staff are also very friendly and helpful.
When I walk in the door the NE Y is like Cheers, everyone knows my name. Even during the pandemic crisis the staff has been friendly and supportive but also always constantly working to make the Y a safe place for it's members. In the six years I've been a member of the NE Y it has transitioned from just a gym to a home to me. I have met my very best friends there and also learned how to dance at it's amazing, not to rivaled, Zumba classes. The NY Y is a place where I not only feel seen but heard and respected. The Northeast Y stands above the rest, exponentially.
