Great setup. Bathrooms can get a bit dirty, but understandable for a water park. A little disappointed last time we went that they ran out of pizza. It was a Friday evening though, so I think more people were eating than expected. Would like more shade available at peak times.
Overall though, great park for the value.

Good teachers and and early morning aqua fitness class.
We come here even though it’s slightly out of our way. Our kids love their experience at this location because of the staff and facilities. All interactions with staff have been positive, and we’ll continue to come here.
The friendly staff, The aquatics classes and the instructors are very helpful for me and my back issues. The facility is always clean and it smells clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the kid zone because I can get my workout in and my kid gets to play as well.
Even though we only did two weeks this year he enjoyed it. Moving on to calypso cove!!
Clean and love water bike class . My only comment is that it is frustrating that bikes run out downtown and other ymcas closer to my house don’t have them. Downtown has 6. I get turned away week after week for class. I can’t drive to NE all the time. I gave metro membership and can’t really do my favorite thing cery often w classes cut and only 6 bikes. I am trying JCC this summer and considering dropping ymca. NE has excess number of bikes- with several sitting on pool deck even w a full class. It’s just weird.
The helpfulness of staff and instructors, even though I have just returned 15 months after co-vid and still hesitant to use all of the facility.
