Location and relationship to downtown New Albany. The revival of the downtown area was rooted in the development of the downtown Y. Additionally, the quality of the facility, along with the maintenance, is superb. Also, I believe it is the only fitness facility in the southern Indiana part of the Louisville area that has an indoor track, which was my primary reason for joining.
Thanks for all your hard work keeping us safe. We have belonged to the Y for 20 years, 21 come January!

Friendly and helpful staff.
The group fitness classes. However, they really need more beginning level like pound and Zumba in the evenings.
Floyd County is my fav Y in the area. I have been a member in many states for many years to swim, and you have the beat pool. Its clean and you also have a steam room.

The fact that I can enjoy my workout while my kids are being watched in a safe environment. I have no support system so the ymca is my support system. The cleanliness. Welcoming staff. Love it!

I enjoy being a member of the y. I bring my mother who is a silver slippers member so that she may spend time in the warm therapeutic pool it is very helpful for her and we both enjoy it.
Easy parking, good atmosphere, friendly workers, very clean facility.

I like that I can take cold water swim classes! It keeps my right foot moving and working!
But the downstairs locker room is too cold and the showers have mostly cold water!
Your Staff and facility has become more family friendly!!

I have been a member for 4+ years, I live in Jeffersonville, but attend New Albany YMCA,
Before Covid, I knew alot of the staff, but know alot of them are gone, I still enjoy going.
