What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs and teachers are great. The hour long classes are very thorough in content. The building and all areas are kept extremely clean. I am enrolled in Line Dancing on Mondays and Wednesdays and Zumba on Tuesday afternoons. I would suggest these classes to anyone.

I love Water Aerobics. i wish you would restore the noon-time classes.
Parking is a real problem for the 9:15 classes.

We LOVE all the kids activities and we DEPEND ON the kid's area for our workout time. KEEP THE AMAZING KID'S AREA AND EXPAND IT!!!

I love Y warrior and classes like body balance, pound and boga. All such great ways to get well rounded fitness and the trainers are fantastic

everything! LOVE the Y, love our Benbrook, tx location. Love the camps for the kids, the pool, the classes, the PEOPLE. Everything!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

All of it. The Y Benbrook has a variety of exercise programs and classes. I especially enjoy the Pickleball program, and the weight lifting section. The staff is the friendliest of any I’ve known. They are personable and truly care for their clients.

Our play center and the workers there! The facility itself is great. The extra curricular activities offered (sports, parents night out, etc.) and the people there! It’s our home away from home!
