We mostly use the walking track and the swimming pool for water aerobics, but we also use the exercise equipment on occasion. Garrett, our trainer, is excellent!

I haven't had the chance to join a program or activity but look forward to it, this is a gym I grew up in and have a lot of good memories from here.

We love this YMCA. We have friends who love the Benbrook YMCA, so many wonderful activities for their children. We use the indoor track but am considering attending the many programs and classes. So many of our friends do. We highly recommend this YMCA, you are treated like family.
The Y playhouse space and staff are spectacular! Also the front staff are super friendly and helpful. The custodian staff are kind and keep the space clean and well taken care of! The gym is well equipped and not as intimidating as some gyms I’ve been to. I am new so I have not had the opportunity to join in classes yet.

This Y is very clean and neat. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable with the workout devices and physical health. The workout machines and other equipment is up to date. I would like to see this Y, like other Y locations put up a sign addressing cell phone usage while occupying weight machines. Members texting or using their cell phones while sitting at a machine, unnecessarily ties that machine up for others to use.

I love that you have some form of water aerobics every day. The other location cancelled classes all the time or didn’t have an instructor when we showed up for class. I have enjoyed all the classes I have gone to so far.
