I always get a great water aerobics workout with Chris E. And on Saturday. The scheduled times are great!
Like that you have indoor basketball courts and that your pool is open everyday. My local YMCA has limited pool hours and not open on Sundays.

I love the communiity feeling, the friendliness of the members and staff, and the excellent programs they have at the Benbrook YMCA.
People are friendly and the gym is always clean. They have access to wipes to clean off the equipment. They keep people safe.
There’s something for everyone. Whether child care for the littles to classes, personal trainers, & a variety of apparatus for all ages to us. (I still miss the Arc Trainers).

I love the body balance and yoga classes! I’ve come so far in my physical abilities, strength, and stamina since joking the Y and regularly attending classes. I love the instructors! They are all very passionate about what they do and helping us grow. The monthly fee is so very reasonable for everything we get!
We like the atmosphere and it is very clean at Benbrook YMCA.
We like our Trainer First name removed Kelley, she does a nice job of working with us and every week it is different. We highly recommended getting a membership at this YMCA.
