Always welcomed by a friendly staff and crew!!! The activities coordinators are really helpful and supportive for my age (71) and levels of training.

Great, up-to-date equipment.

Staff is friendly but also keeps their distance and doesn't interfere with workouts.

Hours are fantastic

Only minor complaint is the limited open swim hours.

Local and community oriented center. It needs to be expanded because it gets pretty congested at times.
