I’ve been attending the silver sneakers program and I really enjoy the classes. The teachers consider the seniors activities, on what their abilities are able to withstand. The exercise equipments are also pretty easy to use after you get the hang of them. Everyone is friendly and helpful in getting out equipment and also putting it back in the appropriate places.
Activities are designed so that all may participate at whatever level they are able. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere is congenial, and the facility is very nice. And....there is plenty of parking!

I love the Ryan Family YMCA. The staff is very polite and friendly. The parking lot is well-lighted in the morning, and there are plenty of things to do in the fitness center.
I'm not taking any of the programs. I just use the Turbo fit.30 min. once or 2 or 3 times a week.
I less often spend time on the different machines.
Childcare availability making it easier for me to workout either on my own or in a class.

The environment is phenomenal! You get to meet people of all backgrounds and ethnicity. The instructors are professional and know what they are doing. The staff is always courteous. The Ryan Y is always neat and clean. I love it there!
