What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the water areobics! I have neuropathy in my arms and legs. The exercises are fun and easy to do. They don't stress my limbs or muscles. I enjoy dancing and this is the only way I can get my cardio up.

Julie is amazing! Her energetic and fun personality makes it the best part of my day!

I am always referring my friends and family to join. Kudos to the entire staff. Keep up the great job.

Classes are excellent but brings in no income. The y is very diversified which is rare but extremely welcome.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The fitness machines/equipment are kept up to date, and the locker rooms never stink.

The facilities are clean and bright. There is plenty of equipment and the staff are cordial.
