I enjoy the group exercise classes
The Programs are well thought out and all of them promote community. The youth sports focus on fundamentals, team work, fair play and fun. My two grandsons look forward to soccer and basketball and are truly disappointed when practice is cancelled due to weather. Most importantly for me you have not forgotten it is the Young Men Christian Association. The foundation is still Christian.

The flexibility of having the class on Saturday and the small group to have some one on one time. The instructor was patient with the different toddlers.

The bingo accompanied with continental style breakfast is a fun activity and participants are allowed to bring items to contribute as gifts to those lucky few who are winners. I have also been a winner twice. I once owned a stationary bicycle and a rowing machine, but there are a
variety of exercise equipment at the YMCA. Occasionally I participate in several games of
ping pong and my ping pong playing prowess seems to be improving. Even those activities for which I do not currently participate in appear to be fun activities. I was also able to sit in on
an informational style class which covered updates regarding the recycling program for the
City of Fort Worth. Since I am recently retired the programs and activities allow participants the
opportunity to avoid becoming couch potatoes. Thanks very much and have a great day.

I love the Zumba classes, the Zumbathons, and all of the Zumba instructors. I also like the Silver Sneakers classes and instructors. I like the front desk staff, the workout equipment, and the other members who attend. Ryan Family Y has a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Love, love, love all the classes! And everyone is so friendly - a beautiful smile as I check in is always a day brightener. There is a lovely atmosphere, too, with your coffee centers. It is indeed a fabulous place. Thank you for it!!!!
