I like your new equipment in the gym. Both Matrix and Nautilus are great. I do miss the pool though.

I love going there cause people are friendly. The staff is friendly and people are friendly. It’s a place where you can go and you feel welcome. I do think the Lord that I found a good place to go to as far as a program I’m gonna get with it because I need to but anyhow you guys are great and you have a good facility clean. The Staff is very friendly! The trainers for the Senior Silver Sneakers classes are great because they focus on different areas of the body that need strength, flexibility and balance!
