I like the great variety of fitness equipment, classes, and the indoor pool. I'm glad to have a personal trainer to demonstrate the equipment and to guide me on what exercises to do at my stage of life and fitness.
The different classes they offer. I wish they had more classes so they weren't so full.

The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and care about us and our well-being. The hours are convenient for anyone wanting to work out and they are always doing something to get the community involved. The facility stays clean and all employees are accommodating to whatever our needs are.
