I like your new equipment in the gym. Both Matrix and Nautilus are great. I do miss the pool though.
I love going there cause people are friendly. The staff is friendly and people are friendly. It’s a place where you can go and you feel welcome. I do think the Lord that I found a good place to go to as far as a program I’m gonna get with it because I need to but anyhow you guys are great and you have a good facility clean. The Staff is very friendly! The trainers for the Senior Silver Sneakers classes are great because they focus on different areas of the body that need strength, flexibility and balance!

Instructors make classes fun and keep your attention by changing movements. They also address any issues that are causing problems.
I like the coaches because they are excited to work with all of us, friendly staff and people that participate in a kind way. Lots of activities for all to participate.

I enjoy my silversnakers class tremen dously. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. But, the Y does need more instructors for the classes.

It’s a great work out and I like the idea we get together for potluck and play bingo
I like the facility, but I wished it had a pickleball court, that is my only complaint about he facility.
