I think there is a variety of things to do for grownups and kids together and separate. And it is scheduled I. Such a way that you can do more than one activity per week. I like the out door activities as well. One day maybe we can do a cycle class out side one day 😜
Pilates and yoga. Body pump is good too. Good instructors.
Like the bikes and treadmill. First visit and haven't tried anything else yet.
