I have participated in senior classes and enjoyed them. I have worked with 3 trainers over the years and all were knowledgeable and helpful. I think the equipment is great. Employees are friendly and helpful.
I mostly only attend classes and use the machines. I like the classes and the instructors. I think there are other programs that I am not getting notified about.
I do wish there were a few more classes...specifically, I wish there was a (regular, not gentle) later than the one 8:15 am class.

I kept my membership up through the COVID shutdown because I was one of the few to be able to keep my job. I LOVED seeing the work the Y provided to the community for support. Feeding kids, feeding families. I feel that my membership is well spent!
We just went through orientation with Kelly, she was great! Very kind and informative. We are looking forward to getting started and joining the Y family.
There is a wide variety of classes available
Even though the course was only 4 sessions, it taught the little ones basic and important water lessons. My daughter is now more confident in the water and is willing to float on her back and wanting to swim underwater.
I love the zumba and body pump classes and that their is daycare provided during the classes

The swim classes were very good it helped my child to not be as afraid of the water as before. She still can't swim but she can float and knows a lot more about what to do.
Body step, body pump, cycle, RPM, Y warrior, cardio strength, barre, TRX…. Everything
Very convenient and flexible time. My daughter was very pleased with the lessons and so was my husband. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My family and I recently joined and are very pleased with the facility, staff and activities.
Lots of options for times and days and each class is flexible with different ages/abilities.
My daughter did 2 weeks of swimming lessons and I wish I scheduled her more lessons. She had a blast while learning. The swimming team is knowledgeable, encouraging and have a great deal of patience. Next year we are going to be back for more weeks. Thank you!
