I go mainly to work out on the equipment available. There is an incredible diversity of equipment from machines , free weights, trainers, and classes. The people are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. A great deal of attention is paid to protecting people from the corona virus. Overall the Northpark YMCA is an excellent facility that provides fun and fitness, regardless of your goals and needs.

Fantastic Fun Family Feeling!
The instructors are GREAT. I love taking classes. The Y keeps the facility clean and is very cautious about NOT spreading Covid19. I also think the members are diligent in keeping equipment clean. Would love to have more classes added.
I enjoy the many classe s that are offered. I feel the staff is friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. I also appreciate the health and safety protocols in place during the pandemic,

Friendly atmosphere with other participants nice equipment. But, need to make sure unblocked treadmills, etc have operating tv.

I look forward to Jenafers BodyPump and Body flows classes every a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! They’re my favorite. The ladies at the front desk in the morning are the sweetest!
Great place for seniors to exercise and socialize. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Also appreciate the efforts in keeping equipment sanitized during these difficult times.
Facilities are neat and clean, there's good equipment and a lot of stuff to do, staff is very friendly and the spin classes are terrific!
The Y is trying to get people back into the gym and creating inventive ways of doing it. I'm hoping that it works for the benefit of all. The senior program seems to be going quite well.
I come to Silersneakers, walk the treadmill, play pickleball, and participate in the CareNCare activities. I am 76 years old and look forward to the exercise and socializing daily. I started Zumba last week and am having a great time there too.

First, our 4 year child calls our Y, the Friend Store. Since the day we began attending, he has loved the child care program. Each of the team members have gotten to know him on a very personal level. They encourage his good days and talk to us one in one when he has needed to be redirected. We have received an outpouring of support and love from everyone and have always been greeted with smiling faces. Dameris has particularly been a stand out blessing.
Second, Alejandra’s Zumba class is outstanding. She is always on time, consistent with greeting new people, offers alternate moves to level up or down the activity and very good and pushing to gain the most of each class. She is thoroughly a class act.
We love this place... it’s our FRIEND STORE. Those words are the best description!
