Your SilverSneakers’ program is wonderful and have helped me a lot in my mobility and pain. I should have started many years ago.
Since I moved here three years ago I have been enjoying the Silversneakers classes and Zumba Gold. We have fun and exercise to keep us going strong. Friendships and fun bundled up to provide great activity for seniors.
There’s a lot of equipment and classes to suit any taste and exercise need.
The facilities would need to be new. (This is not a real goal for you at this point.)
However, the staff truly keep the facilities clean and equipment working 95% of the time.)
Hot water seems to be a problem in the shower about 10%.
It can get busy sometimes since the area is a little small. However, I believe it is good layout.
Your staff is very nice, professional and seems to do their jobs. (10 rating)
