What do you like about our programs and activities?

Mainly the people who work there. They take the time to greet each person by name, as we enter and leave. All the staff, that I get to meet early in the morning, are great about making each person feel welcome.

The time slots are good, teachers are good if they stick around, and it's great that it provides an outlet for kids to lean new skills etc.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My children I love the playhouse and attention they get from the children’s area.
The staff is phenomenal and the instructors are so attentive and truly make you feel welcome, strong and promote so much positivity and drive for the best workouts.
I have almost gone to every class and they are all so fun and challenging. Working out while smiling because of the awesome environment is the best!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a senior citizen. It is inspiring to workout and see other senior citizens at the gym on the tread mills, recumbent bikes, and stair stepping machines.

Northpark Y is one of the bigger gyms in the Fort Worth area, so there is plenty of equipment that is up to date. Also many classes to choose from.
