Several factors that I like and one is that the (1) YMCA is a place for families and I love seeing the young children. The young children run in front of their parents to trigger the motion detector on the front door. (2) The staff is always upbeat, positive, and helpful. They encourage you to have a good workout. (3) I love the fact that you can use recumbent bikes and treadmills and watch TV at the same time. (4) There are members that are dedicated to health and physical fitness.

The class
I have filled this out NUMEROUS times. Nothing has changed. Good programs, fit into my schedule, qualified instructors, friendly staff and patrons. About the only thing I don’t like is the frequent surveys and requests for donations.
Minor wish. I wish gentle yoga and silver sneakers did not have such a LONG 11:45-12:30 space with no class so it was easier to stay for both. Wish SS could start at 12:00.
Variety of classes, great instructors!
I like the variety of the classes that are offered to senior adults and the instructors are positive, pleasant and well trained in leading their specific classes. I have also tried other "non-senior" classes and have found them to be just as good.
The hours of operation work well for us as well.

I like that you have varied activities for all ages. I attend some of the senior fitness classes and they are excellent and well-attended.

Like the group classes for seniors. I love being able to come on for just the treadmill if I want Pretty much any time.

The girls enjoyed their swimming lessons and their instructors. A few miscommunications on cancellations but overall a good experience.

Lego Camp was so fun! My kids absolutely loved it. Location was great too!
We really enjoyed our Youth and Preschool Swim Lessons that my two daughters participated in. I felt that their skill level or comfort with the water greatly improved. They both loved their swim instructors: Ben, Jacob, Sky, Jess...and I believe there were two others that I can't remember their names. They were all really patient with the children, I never felt like my daughters were in unsafe conditions. I will definitely be signing them up for more swim lessons from Northpark YMCA!
You have programs for all age levels.

It is ran very well and having a volunteer like Janet welcome a new person is such a great idea.

The excellent instructors and wonderful fellowship with others.
The staff is very motivating and inspiring. I enjoyed their coordinated educational programs with the James L. West Dementia Center . The incentive programs to make us exercise more and be rewarded for it are very nice.
I like the staff, especially Bailey, the facility, the various programs, and all three of the Silver Sneakers teachers. Spacious parking and the location is ideal for me. N. J.
