The group leaders are knowledgeable and friendly. Quite professional. There are a variety of activities focusing on wellness. They do not all include exercising or working out.

There is such a great variety of classes for seniors as well as workout equipment. The Y offers all kinds of support for evaluating what is needed to improve our health. It really is a wonderful organisation.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Since moving here four years ago I have enjoyed SilverSneakers classes, Zumba, and water aerobics. We also play pickleball when the room is available. I walked in the treadmill and tried the bicycle. I participated in various activities such as nutrition classes and crafts. Most of all I have made friends and enjoy our time together.

There are too many kids goofing around on the weight equipment. You should consider a minimum age, possibly 15 or 16, without a guardian. Other than that, the place is terrific. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice people.

Every class that I have taken the instructors have made it such a great experience. I have never felt judgement from the instructors or any if the other members. Staff is always friendly and helpful with questions, and the child care availability is what makes it all possible. Joining the YMCA has been one of the best investments I have made for myself.

All the programs offered are great and affordable. The gym is always clean and the entire staff is warn and welcoming. All the child care staff are amazing and know my babies by name and I love that.
