Carrie is an Excellent Trainer; The equipment is great and easy to use even for a beginner. It's a nice comfortable environment; not judgemental and everyone is friendly. Staff is very friendly and always wishes me a good workout. Ladies Locker room is well equipped and very clean.
Silver Sneakers exercise classes are great for physical conditioning and enjoying other people who are in their senior years.

I like the friendly response from workers as well as the patrons, attendees; and the location is ideal from my residence. I’ve been a member for over 5 years. The programs they offer are inclusive from tots, teens, young adults, and seniors. The maintenance is very well kept. I like the idea of having a place to go anytime from morning hours to late evening hours to exercise.

The facility is clean and well taken care of. All of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Never have I been there and seen an unfriendly face. You guys rock!

My trainer, Carrie was excellent and exactly what I wanted. She didn't just show me how to use the equipment she told me what to consider, the best form, and how to make independent choices when I'm working out on my own.
I was also impressed with all the equipment and tools available.
I haven't taken advantage of the group classes, (Silver Sneakers, etc.) but I want to and will make that a part of my weekly workouts.
I am also pleased with the front desk staff, especially "Bettina" (?) for her help in going above and beyond as I moved my membership from one insurance program to the other.
Overall very impressed, but I will still need to find another gym that has a pool for workouts in the winter. I'd love to suggest a small indoor lap pool to round out an excellent facility. (Oh, locker room was top notch as well!)
