The programs at the Y serve members at all ages and experience levels. The attitude of the staff rubs off on members who are not paid staff who help those of us less knowledgeable or are completely clueless.
In addition, there are a number of different types of classes available, from art to Zumba.

The staff are always welcoming. As an older adult I am impressed by the variety of classes offered. The yoga teachers are all excellent and offer a positive atmosphere. They try to provide different poses for each class. I appreciate that if I am unable to make the classes, there is an abundance of equipment to use. I’m really happy to have this option especially since the weather has been so warm. Thank you YMCA.

I like the many activities and programs you have for kids. I love the playhouse for little kids where we can leave our children while we workout.

Friendly Staff, great programs to keep us in shape. Clean and sanitary work out areas. last but not least the instructors of the activities are the best.
Many classes to choose from, childcare for 2 hours for moms to get back in shape, hours, and friendly employees.
The best staff and group team of any workout center in the DFW area.
All the services are great but swimming should be offered year round because swimming is needed for safety of children

The instructors are amazing. The energy is fire and you break a sweat!
I don't use the programs or activities, but the friendly greetings and hospitality is off the charts.

everything. The Y is clean, friendly, well managed, and inclusive. I LOVE it!
Our family has called this place home for many years. We have taken babies, toddlers, and now children to their child watch and trust the caretakers completely. We enjoy the classes and free weights work outs. There is a large variety of equipment to use to cater to your workout
