Gym equipment
The exercise Arabic the Zumba in the water love it.
I haven't tried the programs or activities that North Park Y offers, but I do enjoy the use of the diverse equipment at this Y. They offer so much that you are never lacking when it comes to utilizing the wide amount of up to date equipment. And the personnel that work there are always kind, courteous and helpful! Thank you for everything! Oh, the one and only thing I wish this Y offered is an adult sized lap pool, that's the only thing they don't have. They do have a small youth sized pool though.
The classes and childcare made our decision to join easy.
Daycare
I haven't tried all of the classes, but I love the Body Pump class. I am so pleased that it comes with our membership because I became more dedicated to coming to the gym and having a routine.
I have 4 boys that I drop off at the kid centers and I just wanted to say thank you for having TWO different sections for the kids, so my older boys aren't bored. There have been team members who play UNO or foosball with my kids and I love how they are interacting with the kids!
We also love love love the family nights! (Especially when they are freeš). We went to the movie night that y'all had recently. My kids went swimming and couldn't make it until movie, but they had so much fun! I love that your doors are open to non members as well. It makes people feel welcome and get to be apart of the Y family, even for a night.
I enjoy the YMCA so much that I have recommended it to so many people, and my best friend actually got a membership soon after that!

Great place to workout and great people and many activities!!!
A lot to offer with the exercise programs especially for seniors but I wish they would offer Zumba Gold on another day besides Wednesday because I volunteer that day. I love the crafts that are offered and the coffee bar the cleanliness and the many machines that are there. A very nice pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff!
I enjoy Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga. When I canāt attend those classes I can always use the treadmill or stationary bike. I really like to take the ānature hikesā that are available on the treadmill. Thereās never an excuse not to go to the Y!
