I have always relied on Landry's to provide the best service, the greatest variety of components and accessories, in the coolest environment in the Boston - Providence area. I've purchased 3 bikes and will continue to buy more in the future. The new Norwood location is amazing and will allow them to help more people in an even better environment.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and immediately understood the issue I was having with my bike. I was treated like an informed bike owner (which I am) and it was fun discussing potential fixes to my issue. The free exchange of information clearly confirmed (I've experienced it before, that's why I returned to the store with my issue) that the staff are genuine bike enthusiasts and not mere sales people. The fix to my bike was speedy and done perfectly.
