Friendly people and good classes. Do wish there was more lifting equipment such as hammer strength machines for chest, back and shoulders.

I love the friendly and family environment. All of the staff treats us like family. They go above and beyond to make the Boca Y such an amazing environment for babies, kids, teens, adults, and elderly. We love the Y.

What do you like about your experience with the Y?

It is a very comfortable place. All the staff are very helpful and answer any and all of your questions. There are a variety of fitness classes and you can change up your workout routine as much as you like.

What do you like about your experience with the Y?

I love that it is a family place and love the childcare. I love how I can introduce my children to a variety of sports, do swim lessons and also work on my own fitness. I truly love the Y and I’m happy that we joined a few years ago. It is a membership that means a lot to me and my family.

great instructors/trainers for the classes, the other members are very warm and friendly, the gym equipment is exactly what i need for my exercises.
