How organized they are
I only use the gym. While the equipment in the gym is excellent, the staff is beyond great! Each person I have come in contact with truly cares about making the experience as good as possible and they all go out of their way to help, and smile while helping. Emily Gates is a marvelous example of a service oriented person, and Michelle and Joan are also exemplary. I recommend this YMCA to anyone and everyone!!!

After moving from the afterschool program to the YMCA, my son's entire demeanor changed. He is now participating in sports and other activities and the counselors make sure that in one way or another he is participating. The YMCA encourages interaction and respect, something that has helped my son, diagnosed with ASD at a very young age, has benefited from. He has so many friends and the YMCA. Everyone knows his quirks and often 'different' behaviors, all of which are celebrated by the staff and children. I have never experienced such love and support and I thank the YMCA after school program for making my son's life (and mine and my husbands) that much better!

All staff are professional, knowledgable and friendly. The water aerobics classes I attend are enjoyable and diversified. Instructor Amir is incredible. He often offers feedback to everyone in the class and encourages us to maximize our exercise experience. He often mixes up the routine to keep everyone interested and enthused. The pool and showers are clean.
Not because I’m a member, but it is a good place for my entire family to be, to spend sometime working out, dancing, swimming and a lot more. The after care program is awesome and my kid loves it. I’m thankful for everything.
The atmosphere from when you first walk in the door is very friendly and personalized. The Y truly cares about their members.
There is an activity or sport for all age groups to participate in.
The swimming instructor, Libby, was AWESOME!!!!!! She was organized, on time and super patient with all of us. She explained everything really well and spent time with each of us. She made it seem so easy.

I like everything, but I would love a lot if I had a person who spoke Portuguese or English, and also personal training who spoke other languages.
Met incredible people !!! Everyone is very friendly !! Wonderful activities for all ages ! The Y even has an organic garden😊. I love all the different activities and the special groups for Cancer survivors and Parkinson’s and women’s groups with meditation and the great wellness trainers Abd so much more !!!!

The people in the saunas
Relaxed and non judgemental atmosphere . Variety of classes. I have a terrific personal trainer there. Available Physical therapy though Bethesda hospital. Enough parking (generally) new equipment and good variety of equipment. I 💜the y
We started private swim lessons over the summer. Initially it was a challenge to find an instructor who could do a morning session. We took a little break and continued with lessons after the summer break. We started our lessons with Mrs. Leesa. She is AMAZING!!! She is loving and caring but manages toddler behavior very well. My daughter has learned so much in 3 months! She is an asset to the Y team!
I love the interaction with the counselors and staff. Everyone knows us and makes a point to tell us something about my child's day.
Boca Raton Ymca is where I had my kids from preschool , after school , soccer predators and a range of activities, is a great place for the whole family . So glad is close to our house , a safe environment and excellent service ,
