For Families
A variety of classes, ping pong table, reading area, swimming pools. You can get everything you need in a reasonable price. I also love the personal training option. Great service!

I enjoy the programs at the YMCA. The teachers are very competent. The assistants at the front desk are knowledgeable regarding the current classes.

Women bathrooms doors are in need of adjustment. it's borderline dangerous of elderly getting stuck in toilet stalls or falling from forcing door open.
Pool floors are filthy. Pool benches are uneven. Fields are not even. Too many kids are getting ankle-rolls.
Bring back signage reminding parents/caregivers to slow down in parking lot when dropping/picking up.
Good job on all the added programs and community involvement.
I just want to thank you very much for having a swimming instructor as Ms. Leesa. She is the best! Our son was having issues with swimming and all previous instructions he had. After just two lessons with Ms. Leesa he was more comfortable on water and now he swims wonderfully. Today Ms. Leesa teaches him and also our younger daughter. They both love their swimming classes.

Also my husband and I were interested in having an adult primary care doctor and we now have one with FAU Medicine.

I joined the YMCA about 5 years ago. My goal was to get in shape and lose weight. I try to attend at least 2 days a week and I LOVE MY CLASS AND ESPECIALLY "Nancy" our instructor. I have now lost 34 pounds and best of all, I have so much more energy. I've made so many great friends in our class - we try to get together after class at least one day a month after class.
It is a bit difficult in the winter as the 11:00 AM excercise class is very crowded but we have all become friends and we have learned to just " use a smaller space" as we truly are "One big family" I am now trying to find time to find time to attend the new trips and events. The bus trips and food events are a lot of fun!

The "silver feet" group class with Nancy is superb; the gym is well equipped, and the clientele is warm and friendly
the 3rd shower all the way to the left in the men’s locker room has been dysfunctional for the past year. Most people do not want to use it because the water pressure stopped working properly. This causes very long wait times during prime time usage and also causes an inconvenience for the handicapped people because the regular members end up using the handicapped shower. Please compare the pressure in the 2 showers that work superb perfectly to the immediate right and you totally understand what am talking about. I have brought this to the attention so many times and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Brian needs to take care of this problem. Why did the YMCA eliminate the other additional showers . This causes a big inconvenience. With the water pressure not working correctly on the third shower to the left in actual reality you have really 2 working showers. Please fix this problem. Other then that the Boca Facility is absolutely sensational.

Enjoy water aerobics 4-5 days a week.
I find this Y very welcoming. The classes are wonderful. The instructors are so good and they are here year after year. That indicates that they are happy working at this Y and therefore they want to remain. I’ve met wonderful friends at the Y and I tell everybody I know about it.
The hours are great, many activities and classes offered
It's a safe, comfortable, no judgement zone for all. The gym is updated with new equipment. The trainers are great to work with. The school is awesome! Love everything about the programs for kids and adults.
We love the pools! My kids and I swim in the mornings. I also like the outdoor workout area, soccer fields and my kids get to play outside during aftercare.
Their staff is very friendly and the facility is very family oriented.
I love the Silver-Fit Program on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Nancy gathers us together and the exercises are wonderful. She does this with humor and patience. It's a great YMCA with a dedicated staff. Today we went with Nancy to see the Georgia O'Keefe Exhibit and it was wonderful. Would love to see more of these day trips. Thank you!
