I'm still fairly new so I haven't participated in everything yet. I rea;;y like the fact that we sanitize as we work out, but the Y also has workers going behind everyone ... giving a deeper cleaning.
Everyone is eager to help if we ask and very nice in doing so.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really enjoy Iron Girls but it is really crowded in the middle of the new wellness center and we could use more free weights in that area. Love all the classes I attend and the new egym is great.

I like the circuit training. I ride the bike 4 miles a day. It's very clean and employees are very helpful!! I highly recommend it.
