I have not personally been to a class but I have been in the workout rooms and enjoy multiple areas and that there is so much space. The owasso ymca is my favorite.
Clean facility, plenty of equipment. It is difficult to register for the log on machines.
They are provided free to me by my insurance company.

I am praying the pool heater is fixed. My husband had total knee replacement and I am hoping to get him in for water exercises, but it’s been too cold!

I like how well managed every area is. The gym is perfect for any goals one may have and the pools and courts are comfortable for families.
I love the cleanliness and dedication the club has in every area. It is very well organized.
I love the machines that give me a total workout. I’m starting my 14th week and can get back into my size 6 jeans. I feel better and at 73 my balance , strength in my legs has improved tremendously. Plus walking through the front doors, the ladies at the desk are so welcoming and always say bye when I leave.
The facility is very clean and the equipment is in great shape. The employees are pleasant and nice and actually speak to you when you come into the facility which is not what you get in all places. The e-gym is a super benefit and we are just getting into the program for that.
So far we love it! Great programs and excellent facilities!!
