Introduction to egym has completely changed my outlook on going to the gym. It takes away the overwhelming-ness of a fitness floor full of daunting machines. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful.
Swim classes were great and I felt that the one on one help was brilliant.
I like the Y because it is a great facility. There is a lot of equipment and machines to work out on. The e-gym is a really good overall strength workout. The trainers are very helpful if you have a question. The facility is clean. Plenty of towels and spray disinfectant available to clean the equipment. The staff at the front desk is cheerful and helpful. They always speak when you check in.
The staff are very friendly, and the pool have fun activities for all ages.

Welcoming and friendly
I enjoy being able to work out in the gym and drop my son off at the play and learn. He LOVES going to the play and learn. I also enjoy the classes that are available. I'm very grateful more yoga classes have been added at the Owasso Campus. I've also tried the pound class and it was totally addicting 🥰
