I love the girl at the front check in, Jennifer. She always makes us feel welcome. I love the water aerobics instructors. They make you feel like they are your best friend and have your best interest at heart. The Y is always clean.
The one big problem I have is there isn’t anybody to help you in the workout room. I have questions about some of the equipment and how to use it, but there isn’t anybody there.
Love the classes, love the daycare & the updated facilities.

Would be nice to have more aqua aerobics classes as they have been difficult to get into,as popular as they are. The E Gym is fantastic and very easy to navigate,even for someone like me who used to be intimidated by gym equipment!!
I would recommend the Y to anyone,to be fit and healthy but also from the social point of view.
We love Ashley and the staff at Play & Learn! My son gets so excited to come to the gym.
It creates a community of friends. The trainers are awesome.
The large new area in to work out in and the classes and the trainers. Really enjoy the classes and getting to know people.

Egym is amazing. The only problem I see is that if I need to go to the gym like around 12 1230 I am having trouble because I have my granddaughter that I take care of and you don’t have the play and learn available at those times and that that’s a problem
Work out area
I like that when I go to the Y, there are available machines. It used to be so crowded.
I am confused though on some of the new machines that have a computer screen and no instructions on what to do or how to even get started. My fiance saw some people scan a bracelet or something to get them going, but we don't even know what that is or how to get it. (Owasso location)
The remodel on the facility looks great. The new work out area and program is great. Just what I
need.

I like them very much !! I would like them more if you would add more Aqua Exercise Aerobic classes some at night would help.

Your Instructors need to work on
music. Last week I had one class with no music. This Monday at Noon the Instructor played the “same” music for the first 15 minutes, and I left the class. She can do better than that!!!

Egym. I absolutely love it.
I love the Owasso YMCA. The entire facility is clean and the pool is a great retreat for my kids. The eGym is awesome. I live closer to Dickenson & Daily and I really wish we had the same type of equipment. The staff at the Owasso location is always so friendly, professional, and helpful - they really seem like they enjoy their jobs!

I like that the swimming pool is open on time every morning so I can walk in the resistance pool before work.
I would suggest that you work on the app. I set up my appt for the egym onboarding only to find out there wasn't an employee available at that time. Thankfully, Jason Harrel, stayed past his quitting time to onboard me and my friend. Another friend had the same thing happen for a 5:30 appointment, but there wasn't anyone there to help her.
I love the facility!
The counselors, directors, and leaders are so patient and encouraging with the campers. They understand that kids are not perfect and they help build character in campers and do not expect them to be perfect on the first day. Character building is their business and they make camp so much fun and yet they are so patient, kind, and understanding when campers make mistakes. They give grace and second chances just like we all need in life. They celebrate excellent choices positive wins! Think courage and lift up campers when they need it the most. We love the YMCA Summer Camp program!
