Instructors are very respectful of students in their classes. Especially the silver sneakers always explain exercises and modifications.
Both silver sneakers, body pump, step, chair, yoga, etc.. all classes has been and I have tried. Instructor has been there on time and ready to start when class is to start.
Wish we had a YMCA in Weatherford so that it would save us a 30 minute drive down. The YMCA offers 10 times as much options than any facility in Weatherford.

Love them. I enjoy many of the exercise glasses for seniors and appreciate being able to enjoy coffee afterwards making new friends. I use the pool frequently and live the water aerobic classes. Egym is great, walking track, and elliptical bike all help keep me active and healthy.

Great instructors
The new facility is wonderful -- so clean and pleasant -- and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have just begun going there and am going to have to work slowly getting into shape. I'm glad there are stretch classes, etc. Because of knee issues. I have difficulty getting onto and off of the treadmill, so I may take a child's step stool to help me with that.
I like the treadmills and stationary bikes.

There's something for everyone here! I like the workout equipment and the parents night out programs the most.
I enjoy that the workout classes come in many varieties for anyone that’s looking for a class to work out in. The skill levels are diverse and the instructors do not intimidate anyone I instead they welcome all skill levels, and provide moderations for people with injuries or just getting started working out.
The classes are awesome! Great group that work at the YMCA! We are always greeted with a smile. Love the exercise equipment and group exercises. The building is always clean and you have great hours.
This YMCA of Metro Fortworth has something for everyone, from small children to seniors and above.

The Ballroom dance as well as the weight room is a must for my wife and I.
The classes and machines. Our pilates class has been pushed into a little room on Tuesday and Thursdays a long time. People in the class made suggestions and doesn't look like anyone made any effort to change it.
There seems to be a lack of communication.
Accessible classes for all ages! The staff at this location are so very friendly, and very accommodating, willing to assist!

Bedford YMCA Water Aquatic facilities and programs offered are top-notch. The staff also are very engaging, caring and personal friendly, I am a resident of Euless and over the last 10 years their water aquatics programs have steadily gone downhill. There are no longer "deep water" pools available, all in the entire city have been closed and covered over to make other facilities. But the "last draw" was this past winter (November to present) the City of Euless could not keep their indoor pool in operating conditions. There were numerous breakdowns and closures. I was paying $40 a month to use the water facilities at the one and only facility. After numerous shutdowns, participants sought help from the program director. But his response was "it is what it is - and should you seek elsewhere, good luck wish you well" WOW! Decided after hearing about Bedford facilities to "seek elsewhere". And again WOW - how impressed I was. From walking into the front door - the "reception:" staffing at the front was very personable, accomodating, and informative. I immediately signed up. Then to find out that my Medicare insurance coverage was applicable to the fees - AWESOME! Since signing up in February, I have been able to "re-direct" (6) of my former water aerobics friends to come over to Bedford from Euless. Keep up the good work, and "hats off" to your staffing especially in the water aquatics as they are to-notch.
I love the friendly staff and the Tai Chi class with Jay. He narrates what he is doing throughout the exercise, and it is very helpful.

I love this facility! It is always clean and the staff are amazing! I go at least 4 to 5 days a week and enjoy it tremendously! If there’s ever an issue, you just let them know at the front desk and that issue disappears. God bless them all!
