The various group classes
I am a disabled member, I work out 3-5 weekly trying to strengthen myself so I can get back to my REGULAR workouts. The YMCA staff and other members have been most kind and helpful.

I'm a part of the Silver Sneakers group that Betty teaches at 10am Tuesday and Thursday mornings! I've been privileged to know Betty and the group of folks she teaches and it's fun, everyone helps each other and we look out for one another. The class is perfect for those of us that are trying to keep moving!

I love all the group exercise classes that come with the membership! You can attend as many as you’d like, and the instructors are always so motivating and inspiring. I genuinely look forward to going every time; it’s such a positive and energizing environment.

Love that you have childcare and love the people. Gym looks fantastic. I would still love a sauna, it could be outside by the pool. Just saying. But YMCA has always been my home since getting out of the ARMY and it still is. I love the environment, the employees and the members.
Crystal worked with me a couple of times - she was recommended by a friend - she's very interested in your goals and how to achieve them - very supportive and wants to see you progress - your facility is clean and definitely has a variety of equipment - you can be assured there will be a machine you can work out on - staff is friendly and willing to answer questions , as are the other clients

I am pretty much not interested in your programs since I am less than a half mile away and we voted for the taxes to build the place. But I really do enjoy the facility being close.
Everyone is so welcoming and kind, the sweet lady at the check in greets me by name. My kids have loved child care and the attention they get. Everything is clean and we'll kept. Great variety of equipment and machines. Most importantly, I love how close it is to my house.
We like everything from the people to the workouts, to the machines.
I like the variety of classes and the personalized row of machines set just for me!
