I attended Water Aerobics there for the first time last week. It was quite enjoyable and offered a great workout.
I've also used the indoor track as well as the recumbent bike.
I Have only used the track upstairs. I really enjoyed it.

Love the variety of equipment in the gym. We travel to benbrook for several of the machines that Joshua doesn’t have
Love Muscle Mix, Line Dancing and Zumba classes and also the instructors!

I really love the indoor pool, especially the lazy river feature to walk with and against the current. I haven’t tried any class except water aerobics, but there does seem to be a lot to choose from (it would be nice to better understand what level each class is geared for – that is part of the reason I haven’t tried them is I don’t understand if they’re a good fit for me). I love the E gym circuit and the indoor track for a walk.

This facility is beautiful and impeccably clean! We LOVE the swimming/water excercise ammenities. EVERY staff member has been so kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. We highly recommend the Bedford YMCA!!!
