There’s something for everyone. The Y is for all ages & abilities. This facility has an indoor pool, walking track, & gym (for basketball, volleyball, & pickle ball). There are a variety of classes available as well as the weights & cardio machines. I still miss the ARC trainer. Something for everyone. The scholarships are a godsend for the recipients, & I’m glad to be a donor. The staff are helpful & there’s always someone available to assist or answer questions. I just wish there was a similar Y closer to where I live.

The clean friendly family atmosphere. Every employee has a smile. It's almost like a huge family. Your trainer's and instructors treat everyone with respect and are happy to answer any questions. Well done!
Like everything but the loud hop music playing 90 % of the time. That is why everyone wears something on their ears

I love everything about the Y... especially the classes... everyone is friendly.. Its a place where you feel comfortable being friendly to everyone as well. Paige is a great but tuff Barre teacher and Carol is a great soft yoga teacher..
I haven't attended any yet, as I haven't heard about more than group exercise classes. As it continues to grow, I'm sure more will be offered that I will check out.
I love the family environment and the childcare as well. I appreciate the Cleanliness of the facility and the organization of activities throughout. The staff are always nice , respectful , and Courteous.
