Gold Fit is always good. Also the free weight area. You could use an ab machine downstairs. Also, I have heard several that are unhappy about the classes you have to pay for. We don't do those because of the extra cost.
Senior fit class with Melissa is great. We also like the new weight machines you have now.

I like very much the times that the lap lanes are open at the pool. I also appreciate that the locker rooms and shower areas aren't as piggy as they have been these past few months. I love the new sauna, hopefully people will refrain from pouring water over the heater, so it won't break. I haven't yet been able to open up that new YMCA app on my phone; when I asked the young lady behind the desk (at the Tandy YMCA) she pretty much blew me off, saying I should be able to do it on my own. I don't know her name, but she was young, early twenties, dark hair with what looked like a dozen earrings on her lips.

My husband and I use the gym for waterwalking only. I am limited in the activities that I can do regretfully.

Not sure about programs; haven't tried any yet! But there are many to from which to choose. Staff is great, I especially like the woman who is at the front desk early in the morning; not sure of her name; Hayden is also great and makes a point of stopping to say hello and visit for a moment when he sees me. I also really like Kel! Super clean and fresh and everything is nice and new!
