First and foremost, lower prices help (e.g. friends and family). I talk to people in my area frequently about joining and it’s always the cost. There is so much more potential for bringing more people in with lower costs. Secondly, you have great equipment, personnel, hours and programs. I love the YMCA.
My son really enjoys playing basketball at the YMCA. We have played 2 seasons and about to start the 3rd. Every time it's been a great experience. He's learning a lot and having a lot of fun.
My grandchildren love them.
We really enjoy the Thunder basketball program. Our daughter has grown so much in the dport and we really look forward to every season! I love that there are 4 seasons for basketball!

We played in the volleyball league. Overall, a great experience. There was one team that was too old for our bracket. I realize that someone claims to have checked ages, but there’s no way they weren’t 14 and 15. Whatever. Overall, it was a good experience. I didn’t like some other rules. The referee was consistent on time. No real complaints.
The YMCA program provides a welcoming and family-friendly environment with something for everyone. The kids’ pool area is fantastic and offers a fun and safe space for children to enjoy. There are also plenty of workout class options, making it easy to find activities that fit different fitness levels and interests. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the overall atmosphere encourages healthy living, personal growth, and community connection.

Water aerobics, EGym, yoga, basketball all court, dance class, beautiful gym, friendly staff, especially Jeff at the EGym. Very knowledgeable and always helpful.

I like the egym amd variety of cardio machines. I haven't taken advantage of the many other activities, but I plan to. And I love that there are so many

There were a lot of choices on group fitness classes. Basketball court is nice. Indor track as well.
I like everything about the east central y. The employees are always helpful and welcoming.

Good morning, I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention regarding the downtown YMCA location. The maintenance and overall conditions have been getting worse for quite some time, and honestly, it has become unacceptable in many areas.
The dislocation cleaning has been terrible, especially in the bathrooms. There are also lighting issues throughout the building, with many lights hanging, damaged, or completely missing in several areas. In addition, the hot tub has been down for a long time without repair.
I believe these issues need immediate attention because they are affecting both the appearance of the facility and the experience and safety of the members. I wanted to make sure these concerns were properly communicated and documented.
I only use the pool. I am disabled and cannot use some of the exercise equipment or participate in the various classes.
I really enjoy the pool but wish the water temperature could consistently be in the 86 degree range.
Would be great to get the therapy pool heater repaired/replaced. It has been cold for some time now.
The team environment. The friends the kids get to make. The ability to learn the sport and yet have fun
