Location was easy to find, friendly greetings from all of the staff. Not something someone like me does every other week, but I felt confident about the whole thing, even though I'll surely never be able to understand all of the fine print in the paperwork. No issue with my having my funds together for the cash purchase, and then the added fees, and voila! Done in a flash!

John Johnson has been absolutely delightful, going out of his way in so may ways, to set up showings, etc, and then finally going door-to-door, leaving his card, and Bingo! That was how he found my new home for me!
