My sellers had some questions about their wiring of funds, the safety of it, etc, since they were presigning before the actually closing two days later. I was unable to scan the document to them the morning of the actual closing so they could get their funds. Mary Kay went to their home to have them sign. She is absolutely the best! Besides professionalism, it is her friendly nature to each and every one of my clients. Thank you Mary Kay!

Jennifer was very helpful with informing us what was going on. There were changes that had to be made due to buyer issue that came up and Jennifer accommodated us a day early. When we came to closing she had all the paperwork ready and explained what we needed to know. She even went so far as to allow us to sign on the home we were purchasing a day early so we did not have to return again. She informed us what to do to homestead our new property. Overall Edina Realty is a great team to work with.
